This purchase adds a duplicate design onto the FRONT, please message or add in personalisation notes if you would like a different message/design, otherwise it will be the same colour and design as ordered.The computer generated image shows the design as it is, however the size, placement and dimensions can change dependant on item/garment/size and we print by hand with the aim of the design looking "right" as opposed to copying the placement on the computer generated image.
Please understand unless you select the tracked service upon checkout no tracking number will be given, we supply proof of postage to the payment provider/etsy.
The estimated delivery date is also a rough estimate and not a guarantee, we get most of our parcels out same/next day however we have no control over the postal service and any delays they may face with public holidays/pandemic issues, kind regards

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Any intimate items for hygiene reasons or anything that has been made to order.
Currently all of our items are made to order so we have no items that qualify for returns.
Custom and personalised orders
We can pretty much customise/personalise most of our items, just drop us a message and we are always happy to help.
Gift wrapping and packaging
When you select gift wrapping upon checkout your items will come in a velvet bag with a gift card that we can apply a message on.
