Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What items cannot be returned?

Any intimate items for hygiene reasons or anything that has been made to order.

Currently all of our items are made to order so we have no items that qualify for returns.

Custom and personalised orders

We can pretty much customise/personalise most of our items, just drop us a message and we are always happy to help.

Gift wrapping and packaging

When you select gift wrapping upon checkout your items will come in a velvet bag with a gift card that we can apply a message on.
